The wildcampingspot near Gibraleon where I had pitched my tent was ✅ very nice. A nice forest, separeted by the town by a wide river with an old railwaybridge directly next to it and difficult to reach by cars.
However, the first spot turned out to be a bit too sunny and also quite dusty, due to the dry sand and the wind. So few days later, when I had decided to stay some extra days, I moved over to a more comfortable place.
One evening this group of friends visited the riverside and one of them even spoke "a little bit of english". I created this animation and mailed it to him.
The next evening one of them came over to me and asked me for one of the two 1,5 literbottles of water I just had bought. I 🤔 hesitated, not knowing whether I would make it to the next day with only one bottle remaining. But I gave her one and to my surprise they left only some five minutes later, without bottle. I walked over to the riverside and saw they had left the bottle 😕 behind and had drank only a few drops. Some time later I saw the bottle was destroyed by another passerby and it was 💥 simply left behind. Waiting for some new planet I assume ...
For the first time in one year I saw a 👌 dragonfly. Yes, sure, this planet will Not be saved ...
And somewhat later I saw this 💯 octopus flying, trying to avoid the powerlines. But the line broke and I had to walk several hundreds of meters to get it back. Since there was lots of space here I put on another line that I had in stock.
There was a procession and a lot of people were joining it but there were hardly any spectators. Maybe most people are catholic and so were actually contending ?!
An impression of Gibraleon. I spent quite some time in that cafe, doing a lot of digital work, and eating a menu of the day for about € 7 or € 8. They have good wifi but one of the waitresses needs to play her favorite portugese and spanish music 🙉 Loud at the speakers. Where I was sitting directly under them since (only) there was a mainsplug available.

In the meantime I was very satisfied with my wildcampspot. It was nice, quiet and also close to the town.
Hasta la vista to you all, see you soon on the road again
